We regret any problem that you experienced with your purchase.
It is important that we are contacted as soon as possible to assist you in resolving the problem. The Brands we represent will not allow returns after 30 days following receipt of delivery. Do not ship back the merchandise without contacting us first.
Once we are contacted, we will call the Factory and secure an RA # and address for you to return the item. Any item returned without an RA# will not be accepted.
The garment must be returned in its original condition. If the item has been worn, washed, altered, or customized in any other way, then the item is not returnable.
Depending on the nature of the return, a factory restocking charge may apply.
When you receive the RA#, we suggest that you use a traceable and insured method for your return. We are not responsible for such lost packages.
